Construction

First of all, cut out a hole in the front panel for the TIW 250. Then cut the opening for the port and the cut-out for the TIW 250 in the board for the double baffle. Also cut the chamfers on the double baffle at this point. Then the hole required for fitting the amplifier module is cut in the rear panel. If possible, the cut-out for the TIW 250 should be made in the double baffle. Now the complete active subwoofer module can be fitted. Finally, the connections are made and the TIW 250 fitted.

Inner damping

Damping is not required with this cabinet because the wavelengths are so long in comparison with the dimensions due to the low frequency range. assemblage of ASM 100.
