Cabinet resonance frequency

If a loudspeaker is installed inside a cabinet, the elements that are able to oscillate or resonate will include the components making up the box itself and this results in a complete resonating system, the cabinet. The frequency generated through the resonance of the speaker cabinet itself is referred to as the cabinet resonance frequency.
