Equivalent volume of compliance

The Vas is calculated in litres from the effective surface area of the diaphragm and the elasticity of the cone mounting. To simplify subsequent calculation of the cabinet volume, the elasticity of the cone mounting is converted to that of an enclosed volume of air having the same effect.
