30 cm (12") high-end woofer with a black cellulose diaphragm, large-format magnet arrangement and a massive aluminium diecast basket. Thanks to the multiple venting of the voice coil (pole piece hole, holes in the pole piece plate, cutouts in the aluminium diecast cone to vent the spider from behind) losses and flow noise are minimised. The combination of the voice coil carrier made of capton and the large 65 mm voice coil allow extremely high volume levels.

TIW 250 XS - 8 Ohm

25 cm (10") high-end woofer. The extra-wide elastic surround, the long voice coil and particularly large magnet arrangement give this speaker extremely long excursion. Thanks to the multiple venting of the voice coil (pole piece hole, holes in the pole piece plate, cutouts in the aluminium diecast basket to vent the spider from behind) losses and flow noise are minimised. The capton voice coil carrier and the long voice coil enable the driver to withstand considerable loads. The diaphragm is a sandwich construction made up of layers of fibreglass and polyester fabric which makes it particularly and low in resonance. These design features result in high level-accuracy and excellent low-range bass imaging.

DL 18/1 F 100 V

17 cm (6.5") ceiling speaker with a corrosion-resistant grille (RAL 9010), suitable for installation in suspended ceilings of any kind. Quick snap-in mounting due to round ceiling cut-out through which the speaker, transformer and mounting ring can be installed. The attractive grille is quickly and conveniently fixed with a bayonet locking mechanism. Any volume adjustments necessary are carried out by a simple spring clip mechanism. The DL 18/1 F is equipped with an integrated fail-safe mechanism which ensures that a burnout in one loudspeaker does not lead to a failure in the entire system of connected speakers. The loudspeaker is equipped with ceramic terminals, a thermal fuse and a heat-resistant high-temperature wiring so that it conforms to both Dutch (NEN 2575) and British (BS 5839) regulations for alarm systems. Ceramic terminals for rapid connection to the 100 V mains. A second terminal enables the wiring to be looped through to the next speaker. The cable clamps supplied ensure the incoming cables of 8, 12 or 16 mm diameter are firmly held. These loudspeakers are also fitted with a series capacitor for monitoring the circuit. Typical applications: Ceiling-mounted speakers in 100 V sound reinforcement systems in public areas, schools, hotels etc.

Good music reproduction and clear speech reproduction properties. Connection to 100 volt network and level trimming by means of spring terminal. DL 18/1 - 100 V (RAL 9010)

17 cm (6.5") ceiling speaker with corrosion free grille (RAL 9010), suitable for the installation in suspended ceilings of any material. Equipped with a full-range driver. Quick snap-in mounting due to round ceiling cut-out through which the speaker with transformer and mounting ring can be installed. A push-terminal block allows a quick and easy connection to the 100-V-network including the eventually necessary level adjustment. A quick-mounting bayonet connection provides an easy installation of the grille. DL 18/1 can be supplied painted in other RAL colours on request. Speaker cabinet systems for concrete ceilings are available from KAISER, 58579 Schalksmühle, Germany. The KompaX cabinet series is suitable for our ceiling speakers.
